Mainstage Event
Saturday | June 4th | 2 pm ET | View on Demand throughout June
The festivities will continue on Saturday, June 4th with mainstage events at Valentino Park and Pier. Hook Arts Media proudly partners with local nonprofits around Red Hook in addition to other NYC community organizations and agencies to provide free resources and family-friendly activities. Parents can enjoy the festival while kids can enjoy scavenger hunts, kayaking on the harbor, art classes, and face painting. The summer festival would come to a close with a headliner performance as the sun sets on one of Brooklyn’s most scenic neighborhoods.
With a stunning array of professional and pre-professional performers in addition to activities, community resources, and delicious local dishes, Hook Arts Media is thrilled to host this return to the waterfront.

Community
We are proud to partner with the organizations working to make NYC a more sustainable, and just community. As a result of these partnerships, we can share vital resources, education, and services. Visit our COVID-19 response & resource page to learn more about the resources currently available to our community.
Young Performers
For the first time in Red Hook Fest history, we won’t be able to host young performers on the Red Hook Fest stage. We’ve seen amazing ballet, hip hop, folk dance, and more performances from New York’s best pre-professional dancers. This year, we’ll share a tribute to some of the most powerful performances from these talented young people over our past 27 years.
Red Hook Fest Over the Years

But as a small nonprofit, this festival isn’t a cheap or easy undertaking. Please donate to help bring our beloved festival back for years to come! Just $5.75/month can provide MetroCards for a dozen participating artists.
